Generative search is reshaping how users discover information, how brands gain exposure, and how content drives business value. GEO Intelligence focuses on how generative engines retrieve, interpret, rank, generate, and cite web content under different query intents, model architectures, and grounding constraints—and, more importantly, what optimization strategies can systematically improve visibility, citation performance, and answer contribution.

Our research operates at both macro and micro levels. At the macro level, we analyze the retrieval pipeline, source inclusion, ranking preferences, and attribution behavior that determine how content moves from candidate sources into model-generated answers and citations. At the micro level, we examine the structural and semantic properties of web content—including DOM organization, semantic clarity, entity coverage, information density, passage granularity, answer readiness, and alignment with query intent—to identify the factors that make content more likely to be extracted, adopted, and cited.

To make these insights operational, we build an algorithm to predict real-world generative search behavior across different models, retrieval constraints, and question-answering scenarios. This algorithm enables fine-grained prediction of source inclusion paths, citation patterns, answer contribution, and attribution pathways. Based on this foundation, the system can diagnose content weaknesses such as semantic redundancy, excessive noise, weak entity expression, or low extractability, and generate structured recommendations for optimization.

From a practical perspective, GEO Intelligence provides brands, publishers, platforms, and enterprise teams with a technical framework for competing in AI-native discovery environments. It shifts optimization from traditional SEO metrics such as traffic and clicks toward GEO-oriented indicators such as inclusion rate, citation rate, answer contribution, and brand presence in model-generated responses. By turning generative search from a black box into a system with observability, diagnostics, and optimization, GEO Intelligence helps organizations move from reactive experimentation to data-driven visibility strategy.
